Zoo Trip

We decided to take a trip to the zoo as part of the long Memorial weekend. The kids had a great time seeing all the animals and riding the carousel.

SK is 16 months

Sarah Kate is 16 months old. She is happy, curious and always on the move. She is suddenly picking up new words and her favorites are bye bye and uh oh. She loves to play dress up and put on lots of jewelry, especially necklaces. She is a great eater and there isn't much she doesn't like. She also sleeps great, usually 12 hours a night. SK also loves to point to things, whether it's something she wants or if she just wants us to look at something. She is a sweet girl and we love all the kisses and snuggles she likes to give.

Happy Easter

The Easter bunny made two stops this year. G and SK were so excited to get baskets filled with lots of goodies and candy. After tearing through their baskets everyone got ready for Easter service at church. The kids lasted about ten minutes and then we whisked them away to the nursery. After church G and SK enjoyed an Easter egg hunt.

Easter's on its way

We had a successful trip visiting the Easter bunny. Both kids sat on his lap with no tears and Griffin even told him what he'd like in his basket. Of course in keeping with the Thomas theme he requested Bash, Dash and Ferdinand.

Birthday Party #2

Griffin's birthday celebration lasted all week and ended with a small party at home. He had a sports themed party and all our family came to help him celebrate his third birthday.
