Toddler Time

It's official ... we have a toddler on our hands. Griffin has gone from a little baby to a toddler and we still can't get over how grown up he has become. He talks, walks, dances, laughs and has learned how to get exactly what he wants. We are wrapped around his little fingers.

Griffin is a bundle of fun. I think he is actually starting to understand what we are saying and he is trying really hard to talk. The past few weeks he started waving and telling us "bye" when we leave. It's so sweet to hear his voice. He's also gotten very good at pointing to things to tell us what he wants.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter! We had such a wonderful Easter day. It was so special to see the excitement in Griffin's eyes this morning when he realized Peter Cottontail had arrived. Here is the only picture we got of Griffin before the camera died.

Griffin enjoyed his first Easter egg hunt of the season today. It involved lots of eggs, lots of kids, lots of candy and the Easter bunny. Griffin was mesmerized.

Hippity Hop

Easter's on its way. We spent the weekend dying Easter eggs and visiting the Easter bunny. We can't wait until Peter Cottontail comes to our house on Sunday.

13 months old

Time is flying and Griffin is already 13 months old today. I'm surprised every month at how much he is learning and growing. This month he spent his first night away from mom & dad, and stayed (got spoiled) at GiGi and PopPop's house.

Griffin's also walking all over the house and loves the freedom. He is so curious and loves to explore every inch of the room. He also loves to play with toys that have doors or anything that opens and shuts. He also loves shapes, puzzles and figuring out how things go together - maybe he'll be an engineer when he grows up.

His favorite show is Timmy Time and he runs to the TV as soon as he hears it come on. He's also started dancing and bouncing when he hears music.

Dinnertime is a lot of work ... especially when it includes Spaghettios.

In Motion

In motion ... that is the best way to describe Griffin right now! He spent most of the weekend walking and exploring. His new favorite activity is walking along the fence and peeping inside to look at the dogs.
